When selling your home, the choice of which Realtor® to use is one of the most important factors. In today’s market, there are primarily 3 type of sellers:
1) Traditional sellers with equity in their home
2) Short Sale sellers
3) REO or Bank Owned foreclosure sales
With my traditional sellers, I take the time to discuss where we are in the housing cycle and explore all the options to insure this is the best time to be selling your home given the market conditions. As much as I want to help you sell, I also want to verify you are making the best financial decision given all the factors in place.
Many of the sellers I work with today find themselves in a position where they owe more money on their home then what they will be able to sell the property for- given the current prices in their neighborhood. This situation is called a short sale and we will need to get the lender’s permission to sell your property. I work with many short sale sellers and I utilize a short sale negotiator to handle the interaction with the bank(s). Although this expense comes out of my pocket, it allows me to turn to my short sale sellers and tell them with confidence we will work hard and quickly to give them the best possible opportunity to sell their home by way of a short sale and avoid foreclosure. This is a complex situation, and often an emotional one, so you need to make sure you are working with Realtor® that has experiences in this type of sale and understands the process.

I have spent 8 years in real estate creating this system, learning from different colleagues, and perfecting my methods.
